Dawn O’Shea is the firm’s Payroll Manager and has over 28 years of Payroll, Operations, and Human Resource experience. Prior to TMDL, she worked for a PEO company processing multi-state payrolls, and setting up accrued benefits and garnishments for clients. Dawn also worked for 12 years at a Fortune 500 company as the Operations Manager, overseeing Human Resources, Payroll, Sales, Inventory, and monthly P&L statements for multiple locations, adding to her knowledge of multi-state minimum wage laws, unemployment hearings, annual inventory audits, manufacturing, onboarding, and training of personnel. Dawn’s experience and one-on-one interaction with clients assists them in simplifying the payroll process.

Beyond TMDL, Dawn enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, as well as coaching volleyball for High School and Club teams. She continues to research her family genealogy on Maryland’s Eastern Shore from 1679 to present, and taking her three dogs (Chesapeake, Cambridge, and Crabcake) to her hometowns of Ocean City, MD and Fenwick Island, DE.
