Christopher Wiggan, Sr., CPA, CFE

Chris is the firm’s quality control advisor, coming to TMDL with over 25 years of experience practicing in public accounting. Chris spent his first 13 years with a “Big Four” CPA firm, then was admitted to the partnership of a mid-sized firm as an audit client service partner serving some of the firm’s most significant clients. Chris was appointed as the Quality and Risk Management Leader for their Audit and Business Advisory Practice, where he was responsible for the development and oversight of the firm’s policies and procedures for technical and quality control compliance with professional standards. Chris served on the Executive Committee, and was the lead representative for all external regulatory inspections and oversight of the firm’s AICPA peer review inspection process. He also served as an Engagement Quality and Independent Reviewer for audit engagements in various industries, assessing the execution of audit engagements in accordance with professional auditing standards and financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Beyond TMDL

Beyond TMDL, Chris is a sports enthusiast and enjoys all outdoor sporting activities. He is an avid golfer and enjoys experiencing the challenge of new golf courses in his travels. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter.
